Rich McCuen is a Senior Outreach Manager, with CaptionCall, for the Southeast. Rich has worked in the hearing industry for nine years, five with CaptionCall and four years with Consult YHN (formerly AHAA). As an Outreach Manager, Rich has the opportunity to help people, with hearing loss, stay socially connected over the telephone. Rich also loves educating healthcare providers on how CaptionCall can improve their patient’s quality of life. Originally from Philadelphia, Rich and his wife, moved to Tampa Florida in 2015 to escape cold weather.
